New Diet!

Did you know that smelling green apples and/or bananas can help you lose weight? In one study, consisting of 3,193 people, the participants were told to sniff green apples, bananas, or peppermint scents when they became hungry. Most averaged about a five-pound weight loss per month. Smelling something good makes your brain think that you've already eaten, curbing your cravings.
